For the shoppers the deals are outstanding. Desperate folks are letting go some great items, not just valuable furniture, even nostalgic pieces that would otherwise never make it to a yard or garage sale. There are examples across the country of multi-family sales from folks moving out of houses into apartments. There is just no way to pack all their belongings into an apartment.
